Founded in 2004, Gold Key Home Inspections provides a full range of real estate related inspection services, including general home inspections, environmental and indoor air quality testing to home buyers and sellers throughout Maryland.


Gold Key’s mission is to provide quality home and environmental inspection services in a professional, ethical, responsible, and caring manner. Our goal is to establish customer trust and valued satisfaction with the most progressive services and tools as well as qualified, certified, licensed inspectors. We inspect each home as if our own family member was making the purchase.


Gold Key performs inspections in accordance with the code of ethics and standards of practice set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Further, our inspectors’ professional training exceeds industry standards, and Gold Key is committed to ensuring that its inspectors complete continuing education to stay abreast of changes and new technology in the home inspection industry.


As an added service to real estate agents, Gold Key inspectors subscribe to SentriKey, enabling them greater flexibility in accessing properties for inspections and ancillary services.

About Bob Pavlik

Founder of Gold Key Home Inspections, Bob Pavlik, Certified Master Inspector, offers clients nearly 40 years of hands on experience in the areas of roofing, HVAC, pest and environmental inspections, customer service and home inspections. 


Bob inspects each house as if one of his kids is making the purchase. Further, his professional credentials include:
