A pre-purchase home inspection is conducted in accordance with guidelines set forth in the Standards of Practice of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and includes a thorough inspection of all major structural and mechanical components of a house. Gold Key Home Inspections is licensed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture to offer and perform wood destroying insect and wood destroying organism (WDI/WDO) inspections required by most lenders. A separate report (NPMA-33) will be provided for settlement purposes.
