Pre-purchase Home Inspection

Termite Inspections

Gold Key Home Inspections is licensed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture to offer and perform wood destroying insect and wood destroying organism (WDI/WDO) inspections required by most lenders. A separate report (NPMA-33) will be provided for settlement purposes.
