Gold Key Home Inspections provides Maryland homebuyers and sellers a full range of real estate related inspection services, including general home inspections, termite inspections and environmental and indoor air quality inspections such as mold, radon and well water.

About Bob Pavlik, RREI

Founder of  Gold Key Home Inspections, Bob Pavlik, Residential Real Estate Inspector, offers clients nearly 20 years of hands on experience in the areas of roofing, HVAC, pest and environmental inspections, customer service and home inspections. Among his many credentials are the following:

• Licensed Home Inspector with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation (registration #29735)
• Licensed and certified by the Maryland Department of Agriculture as a Pest Control Consultant, which enables Gold Key to offer and perform termite inspections and issue NPMA-33 forms for real estate transactions (business license #27981)
• Member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
• NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) qualified home inspector
• Credentialed Termite Inspector with the Maryland Pest Control Association
• Member in good standing of the National Pest Management Association
• Listed Septic Inspector with the Maryland Department of Environment
• IAC2 Certified as an Indoor Air Consultant by the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants
• Certified Disaster Housing Inspector
