Founder of  Gold Key Home Inspections, Bob Pavlik, Residential Real Estate Inspector, offers clients nearly 20 years of hands on experience in the areas of roofing, HVAC, pest and environmental inspections, customer service and home inspections. Among his many credentials are the following:
