Gold Key Home Inspections provides homebuyers and sellers throughout the Mid-Atlantic (Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, DC) a full range of real estate related inspection services, including general home inspections, termite inspections and environmental and indoor air quality inspections such as mold, radon and well water.
Gold Key Home Inspections’ mission is to provide quality home and environmental inspection services in a professional, ethical, responsible and caring manner. Further, Gold Key’s inspectors’ professional training exceeds industry standards, and Gold Key is committed to ensuring that its inspectors complete continuing education to stay abreast of changes and new technology in the home inspection industry.
 About Bob Pavlik, RREI
Founder of Gold Key Home Inspections, Bob Pavlik, Residential Real Estate Inspector, offers clients nearly 20 years of hands on experience in the areas of roofing, HVAC, pest and environmental inspections, customer service and home inspections. Among his many credentials are the following:
- Licensed Home Inspector with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation (registration #29735)
- Adheres to State of Maryland Standards of Practice
- Licensed and certified by the Maryland Department of Agriculture as a Pest Control Consultant, which enables Gold Key to offer and perform termite inspections and issue NPMA-33 forms for real estate transactions (business license #27981)
- Member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
- InterNACHI Chesapeake Chapter, Director of Education
- Credentialed Termite Inspector with the Maryland Pest Control Association
- Listed Septic Inspector with the Maryland Department of Environment
- IAC2 Certified as an Indoor Air Consultant by the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants
